KnikK is a Thailand-focused property marketplace where homes, land, and commercial spaces are listed directly by their owners and brokers — with no commission taken from any sale. Instead of the traditional agency model, sellers pay one simple flat fee of 925 baht to publish a listing, and every additional feature, such as promoting a property in the featured carousel, is an optional paid extra. This keeps advertising a property affordable and transparent for everyone.

The platform is built for private sellers who want to reach buyers without losing a percentage of their asking price, and for brokers who prefer a predictable, volume-based pricing structure. Buyers and renters get a clean, bilingual English and Thai experience: search across all 77 Thai provinces on an interactive color-blocked map, filter by price, size, bedrooms, property category, and more, save favorites and searches, and get notified when a saved property changes status. Property inquiries go straight from the buyer to the seller — there is no middleman in between.
