KnikK is a no-commission property marketplace for Thailand. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms.
1. Listings
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their property listings. KnikK does not verify property ownership or listing details.
2. Fees
Sellers pay a flat one-time fee per listing. Fees are non-refundable once a listing is published.
3. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not post fraudulent listings, duplicate properties, or misleading information. Violations may result in account suspension.
